I'm signing up for a Dialysis at Sea cruise from Buenos Aires, Argentina to Santiago Chile for next January.  Decided to visit places I have not been while I am still outrageously healthy.  Only dread, flight time to Argentina from up north in Minnesota.

Do everything you can, whenever you can, while you can.  Have a great trip and tell us all about it.
