The days are numbered for Ken's avatar. Today's UK Daily Mail has pictures of a proposed hospital gown that does not expose your butt.

Double gown, please, please, please! 

My Gram was in the hospital with shingles a couple of weeks ago.  I was sitting in the chair next to her bed, chatting.  My view out the door was directly to the nurses station.  A very large, very tall male patient walked up to the nurses to ask a question.  He let go of his IV pole and leaned on the high counter while he was talking.  Auuuuugh!  Very, very full, very, very hairy pale moon!  Gram and I managed to be quiet until he disappeared back down the hall, but I'm sure he heard us cracking up - it's hard to snort, cry and be quiet!

Admin for IHateDialysis 2008 - 2014, retired.
Jenna is our daughter, bad bladder damaged her kidneys.
Was on in-center hemodialysis 2003-2007.
7 yr transplant lost due to rejection.

Why I always leave my jeans on till I get my sweat pants or what eve the light weight knit pants are called. I hated those gowns since I was a kid. Wish they would atleast have velcro instead of buttons to put arms together and to close neck and back up.

   -glaucoma and surgery for that
     -cataract surgery twice on same eye (2000 - 2002). another one growing in good eye
     - vitrectomy in good eye post tx November 2003, totally blind for 4 months due to complications with meds and infection

Jenn double gowns in the hospital the first day or two, but then she just puts on a tshirt and pyjama pants if they want to keep her there a week or more.

Imagine me in those gowns... omg .. the only revenge I have on the nurses.  :shy; think I should get a tattoo on my butt just to give them all something to laugh at.  maybe an exit only sign... :rofl; :rofl;
