Hi,

Just wanted to let you know that I have been a member on KK for more than a year . I am also on the Davita forum and on FB.

I value my friends on each of these sites.

I do not judge or choose sides.... I just wanted to tell you all expecially Okarol, Paris, Richard and Chris that you will always be my friends. You mean a heck of a lot to me.

Just thought I'd let you know as I believe some people think I left or something. I am just at more places now.

I am really going through a tough time at the moment. (won't mention anything Dialysis here)

Hi Des, I look for you on facebook, too.  I have been a member on other forums since I first was diagnosed, but this is my home.  I check the other sites once in awhile.   I hope things start getting better for you, Des. We all care about you.    :cuddle;

I am on other sites as well but haven't been on much anywhere those days.  Lot of difficult family things going on. Hopefully things will start to settle soon and things will get back to some sort of normal.

Angie just has to do some simple maintenance in her Admin interface and the problem will go away. or  She needs to upgrade her disc space at her hosting. Sometimes the limit fluctuates day to day.

Here is a email about some problems why some were not able to view the site.

After much looking into this it seems the problem was that our host did not like how the new security worked and felt it was being DDOS attacked and blocked all IP's. I do not understand at this point why some members were able to visit while others were unable to but after speaking to the host I have decided to stop beta testing the new security and to disable it completely (a 2 step process). I have completed the 2nd step and all members who were getting the dreaded 403 forbidden error should NOW be able to get onto the site and forums no problem!

If you still have an issue, please tell me what your IP is so that I can tell the host that we go through to unblock it as it is not blocked on the forums. To check go to http://whatismyipaddress.com and tell me the numbers (they look like 192.168.1.1 or any variant of numbers like that separated by the periods). Tell me not on the forums but by contacting me via this form: http://formsmarts.com/form/8rj

Thank you for your patience through me telling you I was looking into this and your understanding on how long it took.

Sincerely,

Angie of KidneyKorner.com
