Sorry Kelly.  Do you know what you are allergic to?  It may be blooming where you are at.  Not here yet.

They have lots of stuff advertised for allergies..... can you take something.

I used to work for an Allergist, so I called his office yesterday and they said that mold was super high on Tuesday, which is when this started.  It wasn't high yesterday, thought.  I've been tested and I'm only allergic to Mountain Cedar (not the time of year for it), Privet (some tree) and something else I can't even remember.  And all of those results are "trace".  Maybe Mt. Ceder is a little more, but that's around Christmas time.

I've got the stuffy nose that runs (lovely), I can't taste my food, major headache all day/night yesterday, and a have an annoying cough that pops up if I breathe a certain way or laugh.  Oh and drainage, which is how this all started.  But my cough is productive, so apparently I'm getting it up and out.  That's good.  Because of the headache I started taking my BP last night just to be sure.  When I first took it it was 139/99.  I sat in the recliner and just relaxed and took it every 5 minutes or so and it went down every time until I was finally at 127/84.  It only took about 4 times, but still.  I was ready to call my doctor's on-call, cause my head hurt so much.  I think all my sniffing and nose blowing was causing the headache.  So far this morning, and it's early, no headache and that's a good thing for sure.

I took Benedryl last night and it helped me sleep.  Husband is out of town so I had the whole bed to myself.   ;D
