I heard today that Bob Barker from Price is Right
is retiring.  Didn't think he'd ever retire.  I don't care for that
noisy show but I guess a lot of people like it.  My brother-in-law
does.  Wonder who will come on the scene to replace him.
I suppose they will continue it. They had an article in the paper
here recently about how long people wait in line hoping to get into the
show.

My bet's on Ryan Seacrest.  He's taking over the world.  ::)

I don't care for Price Is Right, either, but Bob Barker is an institution!  I thought he'd be on there until the day he died.

Yeah, it would be hard to fill those 35 year old
shoes but Ryan could probably do that. Has that type
of personality.  On the news it showed Bob Barker
when he was young and had dark hair and I thought, gee, I
don't even remember him looking like that.  Man, how
time flies!!!!!!!!!

How about Ellen Degeneres? She could dance her way to contestants row and back to the prize areas!

I really don't like Adam Sandler movies, but that scene in the golf one where Bob Barker kicks his butt during the Pro-Am tourney is "priceless"!

Did you like "Click"? it's a very good movie, very moving.  :thumbup;

Haven't seen "Click" yet.  My husband hates going to the theater, and I usually end up shivering half way thru any movie at our local theaters, so we see very little until it hits HBO.

(I know Sandler has branched out a bit from his first few comedies, but he's still never going to be high on my list of "must see stars".)

One of the greatest things about Bob Barker is his last name!! (guess why!)
