Porkchop - Under the Knife

Today Amanda (aka Porkchop) is donating her kidney to her dad. She has a pretty remarkable blog
called "TAKE MY KIDNEY" where she has been journaling as she navigated the process of being a
donor. It's a great site and gives a good picture of what it's like to become a living donor (warts

Amanda is home and doing great. She has photos on her blog of her incision
and stuff, and will also be posting pictures taken in the OR of her kidney,
as soon as she can (for those interested.)
