PUBLIC COMMENT NOTICE

OPTN/UNOS Policy Proposals Distributed for Public Comment


October 15, 2009

This document contains a policy proposal being offered for public comment from the
Oversight Committee (POC).   When the public comment period ends on February 5, 2010, the
POC will review all feedback provided and make necessary modifications. The OPTN/UNOS Board
of Directors may then review and vote on these proposals at its meeting on June 21-22, 2010.

We welcome your feedback on these policy proposals and other aspects of the public comment
process as we continue to improve the way that we communicate with the community.  Please
send general feedback to publiccomment@unos.org.

I sure wish I understood the implications of these changes. How will it effect people with high PRA's? How will it effect people who have waited forever on the list?
