For any who do not like me I use - prayer.

« on: October 01, 2009, 11:22:45 PM »

Sorry Y'all.  Couldn't find my post so I could update, so I just started
a new one.
I saw my 2nd opinion Dr. day before yesterday and she agrees I don't
need to  get a neck catheter unless it is absolutely necessary.  She said to go on with getting the graft and to see her every 2 weeks and get blood work done.  I can't get in to see my vascular surgeon until
Oct. 15th.  Then I have to set it up and it has to have time to heal.  So please say a prayer for me to be able hold up on the D for a couple of months.
She suggested NxStage for me and Cindy said she will be my partner.  So I have to decide all of that, too.  I would really like to do Home D
at night, but you can't run NxStage all night.  Does anyone know what I need to look into for night treatments?  I'm going to try to do some research on it tomorrow.
Hope everyone is doing OK.  I sure envy Okarol going to Paris.  I know
she and Jenna will have a wonderful time.
Talk later.

Mimi,
There are quite a few NxStagers out there doing nocturnal. There is an on-going discussion about it at the NxStage Users Yahoo group.
