In our research into stem cell therapy/etch. we came across a clinic in Texas that does some testing in preparation to send their patients/clients across the border by taxi to receive stem cells.  Victor decided it was not his time yet however we realized that it might be of some benefit for my brother who has a rare type of Muscular Dystrophy (Becker's Muscular Dystrophy) and now in a wheelchair.  He is 64 years young and not taking to a wheelchair permanently.  He embraced what information we found and will be en route to Texas in two week's time.
     As far as financies goes -- once the community found out what my brother was aiming for they chipped in and covered his airfare - Halifax, Canada to Texas, McAllen.  By the time he and his wife will leave Halifax donations will likely cover the entire venture.  The cost he was looking was $9,000 much less than Europe and off shore - they average $25,000 to $40,000.
     We will be carefully monitoring his progress as we feel that it could be the solution to Victor's kidney disease (in whole or in part).  We are all remaining positive but with the element of caution and not allowing expectations to become our driver.  One family member stated that in her mind it was a way of "buying time" until medical science can perfect this option.

AFTER their stem-cell-treatment, and if, was it successful and has it improved their health?
Do you know the success rate of that clinic?

Why does the treatment take place across the border and not in Texas
and what do they test before they send patients across the border?

Do they treat the stem-cells of the patient,
or do they induce other stem-cells?
