Okay the presents are wrapped and are in a box all addressed and ready to go. Unfortunately I go to Arizona this weekend for a week. Hehehe. Guess it is going to have to wait. Maybe my sister will mail it for me next week.

I got some good stuff in the box.  I did not wrap one gift because it would have made the box explode. I think you will like what I am sending.

I know that makes it easier to buy for, but I think some people prefer surprises and don't care about specifying what they want.  :santahat;

YOU KNOW, THIS CHRISTMAS SHOPPING IS SOOOOO MUCH HARDER THAN I EXPECTED!!!!  WHY CAN'T I JUST SEND HUGS AND KISSES?!?!?!?!

Hershey's does have that now! It's in a big bag of them, a mixture of Hugs and Kisses. Saw that last night while waiting for prescriptions.

Well, my package is in the mail.

AND I'm upset!  :Kit n Stik;

My special person is not in the US. Customs requires that the contents be listed.

So my recipient, whoever you are....

When you get a package from Tennessee, please do NOT read the little green paper attached to the outside!

What a bummer! :thumbdown;

Yeah, I had to put my name on it, too. But at least I hope my SS recipient can be surprised when the gifts are opened!

And here is the funniest part. I had to date it, too. Since it is my birthday, I started putting the year of my birth instead of THIS year!  :rofl; :rofl;

But I love the SS stuff anyway!

The postage out of the country was more than the cost of the gifts!  :rofl;

It's all worth it, though!

Hey Folks...

I feel your pain!... Yep, the stamps with 'Eire' on them is a bit of a give away, too!...

I posted Mum's and my gifts last week, and not only did I have to put my name and address on the Customs Declaration, I had to list the CONTENTS of the box, too!!!... Grrrrrrrrrr!!!!!....

I tried to be vague, but it's certainly taken the secrecy out of the Secret Santa!...

So when our two people recieve our gifts, try not to read the large Customs label!....

Oh well, it's the thought that counts, I suppose!...

It reminds me - I recently sent a box to Paris for Jenna. It had a book and some candy, and I included some of the euros ($80!) I had accidentally brought back from France. When I got to the post office I didn't want to mention coins because I thought it might get stolen. But the package made a little chinking sound when shaken, so I lied. I wrote "junk jewelry" on the customs slip. LOL I don't know but I may have committed a federal offense!  :P

I got a present!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!    :clap;    :bandance;     :2thumbsup;    :yahoo;

AlohaBeth answered the door when the mailman delivered it.  Since we have the same name, she signed for it. Then she realized it had to be my Secret Santa gift------so she quickly blacked out things on the box, so I would have no idea who or what the box involved!  Now I have a lovely box sitting here full of possiblities!   For six weeks, I will touch it, look at it but I will not peek!    I am so excited!  Thank you Secret Santa!    :cuddle;    :cuddle;    :cuddle;   :santahat;

I have never, not ever, NOT opened, peeked, snuck around, bribed people or any other devious method imaginable to discover the contents of a gift package of any kind.  Sorry.  Doubt it will  happen this year.

Ok, grammma, I guess I'm supposed to tell you its in the mail.  That was hard.  I'd also probably tell anybody  else what their gift is if I were put under the least bit of pressure.  So don't tell me Nuthin'.
