Hummus is a dip or spread made from cooked, mashed chickpeas, blended with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic. It is a popular food throughout the Middle East. Most Costco's or Trader Joe's carry it, and restaurants such as Sigara in Chicago have hummus, falafel and other yummy dishes (they apparently have belly dancers there too!) http://local.yahoo.com/info-17409621-sigara-chicago;_ylt=AkjlyIK_gaFQ4Uh_VKxAT8WHNcIF;_ylv=3?csz=Chicago%2C+IL

Goulash — Yummy, esp Hungarian Goulash. I was working with some people from Rothschilds on a due diligence exercise in Budapest some years back. They ate at Pizza Hut. I persuaded them to try the Goulash in a local restaurant; it was so good. They did not agree with me. They preferred Pizza Hut!  ::)
