Fried eggs
— Oh! Yummy. Especially if fried so some of the white goes crispy, but the yolk remains runny.
Pork pie by the way is eaten cold. When it was cooked, the meat shrinks so jelly made from pork bones is run in to fill the gaps and add flavour.
Mincemeat Tart

Years ago I was with 5 other guys on a business dinner. The menu included "Knickerbocker Glory". I didn't know what it was and the guys wouldn't tell me. "You have to have it", they said. So I did.
It's a tall glass of cream, ice cream, chocolate, fruit and a cherry on top.
At another dinner, one of the guys didn't know what Steak Tartare was. Well, it was evident he didn't know from the look on his face when it arived.

Steak Tartare — minced raw tenderloin of beef, with a raw egg and piles of finly chopped onion, herbs etc around the dish. You mix them together before eating. Tastes far better than it looks.
