G'day Natalie and welcome!! It is wonderful if you will soon have the miracle and gift of a transplant to take you away (hopefully!) from PD and dialysis and give you back a more normal life!! We all want that for you! Glad you could join us and hope we can help your journey a little and make it easier for you!

Hi Natalie!
Welcome.  I have a daughter who is 15 (16 in a couple of months).  She is getting ready for her junior year and excited about getting her driver's license.  That is great news about the transplant coming soon.
