I will join you. I'm at my parents house and all they have is a swamp cooler which does not work! I want to be back home in my refrigerator air!

Try to stay cool.

How did we grow up without air conditioning?  I am a much happier person when I am not sweating!  Sorry about your air Kit.   :thumbdown;

There did use to be no air conditioning homes... I had forgotten about that.

Houston people, Remember Ike with no AC... no food, no TV, leaking roof, etc. etc. etc.  When was that now?

We are having our first real heat (95) and humidity. Our air conditioner and attic fans have not shut off since 11 this morning. Call for thunderstorms which hopefully cool things a bit. Sorry about your AC kitkatz, you can come visit me.  :waving;

In SoCal too.  I have not been using the AC to save $ on the electric bill.  We have been spending the days at the pool.  I am getting a pretty good tan staying out of the second floor condo.  Heading for the beach this weekend in Ventura (my buddy has a house about 20 steps from the sand) and next week at the U.S. Surf Open.
