I am the caregiver to my 82 year old father who just started dialysis a little over a week ago.  I live here at home with my husband, dad and little dog Buddy.  There are so many questions we have that I thought it best to introduce myself briefly and take some time to read a few of these posts to familiarize myself with all of you and the site, etc.  I'm happy to have found you all:)

Hi Rhonda, Welcome,  i hope you find some answers to some questions you may have here, if not, just ask, and i am sure someone would be more than happy to help you, we are an awesome group of people here all with one thing in common, dialysis, whether they are the patient, caregiver or family member or friend of a patient, we can all relate somehow.  Looking forward to hearing more from you.  :2thumbsup;

We are happy that you found us as well!  I am very empathetic, since I took care of my father the last few years of his life - he died at 89 from kidney failure (he was never dialysed).  This is a place to get answers, to ask questions, to answer some, to vent, to rage when necessary (even to play games and just interact with others in the community)
