Back to the topic.... that is why I left Nocturnal dialysis and am back on days.  I would not tolerate the incompetence.... and still nothing was done.  I just don't get it.  Can't they fire someone because "the patients just don't like you"??  Shouldn't that be a criteria?

this tech is now always assigned to my section - there is no other section --- every section has someone who will not let her stick them

I always ask for some other tech to stick me --
