Hey Willie, welcome to the site do you have a fistula or a graft? I see you are interested in NxStage have you checked out our sister site http://www.ilovenxstage.com Check it out to read my training diary. I love NxStage, I have been on it for about 3 months now and it's amazing. You mention you are a father of two boys what are their ages? I myself have a 9 year old son. If I can be of any help with your quest to get on NxStage please just let me know. Again welcome to the site.

Welcome to our community. This is just to place to vent, to ask questions, to answer questions, to share with others who understand EXACTLY what you are going through.   We have three things in common - dialysis just over a year, diabetic, overweight.  We shall survive!!!
By the way, what are the Raiders?

By the way, what are the Raiders?

Bajanne, in the United States we have a National Football League (NFL) The Oakland "Raiders" try and play.  They don't seem to understand that the point of the game is to get the ball down the field and across the goal!

The Seattle "Seahawks" on the other hand went to the Super Bowl (Big Game at the end of the season) last year and are heading there again this year for a BIG BIG win!

Oh, yeah, Welcome Willie.  Dialysis and a Raiders Fan.  Life Does Suck Sometimes.   :welcomesign;

Thanks for the welcomes. My boys are 14 and 12 and at that fun age. I won't be able to get onto Nxstep until Jan thats the earliest training dates they have available. Ok Ok give me crap about the Raiders I don't care. But the Seahawks give me a break that got beat last year in the big game and how many S.B. trophys do they have 0 the Raiders have 3 and have been to the big game 5 times. So :thumbdown; but nice try.

Is that Football, as in a game where you hardly ever use your foot with the ball, or is that Football, where the ball is in constant contact with the foot?
