Has anyone heard of "First" magazine?

I followed a system call The Gabriel Method to help me lose weight. Jon Gabriel is an American living here in Australia and his system is becoming recognised around the world. A health magazine called FIRST in the States has contacted me to do a before and after story - lost near 50 kilos now - and I was just wondering if anyone knows of the magazine?

Wow Cindy, congratulations. I looked that fellow up on the web and there doesn't seem to be much. Can you tell us more about it? I saw the First magazine for sale in the market today.

The journalist writing the story got back to me today and said they needed to put it on hold for a month or so because they want to get better shots done than the ones that I sent them. Jon Gabriel's method helped me because I am really into visualisation and that is what his system is all about. It is a bit physcological but is is about making your body believe it wants to be thin.
The magazine asked me what is my favourite visualisation. I felt a bit of a dork telling them but here goes. The most perfect scene for me that I have seen in any movie was in a movie called Marrying Man with Alec Baldwin and Kim Bassinger. The first scene you see Kim Bassinger she is wearing a mauve dress and singing in a night club. In the movie she is Bugsy Malone's girlfriend. So I decided that I would have a gangster style 50th birthday - not for another 18months - and I would have the dress she wore in the movie copied and take singing lessons so I could sing at my 50th birthday party. I still have a way to go but hopefully I will have slimmed right down by then to pull it off.
So I keep visualising the night of my party and everytime I don't feel like going to the gym or feel like eating crap I I think about how I need to look that night. I have only been home with my machine a week so I am still adjusting to that and didn't so much exercise last week so I need to get back into it as soon as I can.
I will let you know when the article is coming out. I'll put it on the site anyhow. xx
