Just wanted to start a thread because I'm thinking of Dan - going through his cath and fistula surgery and dialysis as well. That's a lot to go through in a short time!! I just want Dan to know we're thinking of him and I can't wait to see a report to hear how he's going.

GO WELL, DAN!!!

I have been thinking of Dan, too. Thanks for getting this going!

Dan, we want to hear all about your adventures and hope everything went just as smooth as silk.

I have had you on my mind for the past few days, too.

My sister in law had everything done at the same time like you. She did great, and that is what I'm wishing for you.

I hope he's doing OK.  I went through all that at the same time too, it was overwhelming.  I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.  Stay strong, Dan!!

Wishing you luck Dan! You'll be fine though. I had my cath placed and graft done at the same time and started dialysis within 3 days just 2 months ago and everything was fine. No pain. I was already on the computer several hours after surgery! And dialysis on a catheter is painless! You'll do fine!
