Actually, I was trying to decide between Frosted Flakes & Captain Crunch.  I chose Frosted Flakes due to the scratch factor.  What's that?  Well, when you try Captain Crunch, you'll find out.  They scratch the roof of your mouth.  But, they taste soooo good!

The little deli in the town I used to work in sold this combo as a "gobbler" sandwich.  They got me hooked.  I love green apples, so I had to try it.  Also good if you add bacon, onion, or pickles.  Green apple and pickles sounds weird, but tastes good!
