Everyone predicted the Bruins to win.  We love being the underdog and proving people wrong.    I think any team that takes it now, deserves it.  You have to respect the teams that are still playing.  I love a good hockey game!!

They announced today that Scott Walker's wife has cervical cancer.   How sad.  The team will definately be effected by this.  I feel bad for Scott and his wife.  I pray she will have good results from treatments.

Oh, by the way Wings took away the first game from Chicago, 5-2.  Here we go.

Just being sick. Doc wanted to wait to admit me to see if I got better over the weekend. Which means I think I will make my yearly hospital stay.

Paris - what a crazy game!!!  it's Thursday, and I'm watching Pens vs Canes.  Pens just scored, about halfway through the 3rd period.  I can't believe how high the scores are, currently 5-4.  wow!!  I hope the Canes can pull this one off!  I'm rooting for ya!

Sorry about your Canes, Paris.  Your boys sure did give you a great playoff ride, until they hit the Penguin wall.  I was really hoping for a Canes-Wings final.    My Wings could make it to the finals if they win tonight.  Keep your fingers crossed for them, and then we'll take care of those Penguins for ya.

The officials in our series have had a lot of controversy.  Weird calls - some blatantly wrong.  The Blackhawks lost their compusure in the last game, and spent a lot of time in the penalty box because of it.  They could come out fighting tonight - it might get ugly.  Wings are really great at keeping their composure and dealing with the controversy.  Unfortunately, though, our 2 best players are on the injured list.  The team runs deep, so we may still have a chance.  But, it's gonna be a challenge!

I think the felt like they had lost my support last week, and couldn't play their best game!!    :rofl;    I love them and as long as we got further than Columbus, I am happy!   :rofl;   Penquins are a tough team and they deserved the wins.   (where is Joe Paul, he lives in Pens area)    So, we shall back the Wings now.  Your town could use a lift in spirits with all the car stuff going on.  Nothing like the Stanley Cup to cheer a town up   :yahoo;   :yahoo;   It is always fun to see what each player does with it on their day to have it.  One of our players had it at his wedding reception.  Fun, fun.

It was a nail-biter, but we clinched it in overtime - on to the Stanley Cup finals!!!!!!!

OK, harley & Joe Paul - here we go.  It's a rematch of last year's finals.  Wings vs Penguins - it's gonna be a great match-up.  Are you ready for it?

Go Wings!!!!!!
