1)  I didn't get married until I was 30.
2)  I can't stand the taste of beer.
3)  I have auditioned to dance on a cruise ship.
4)  I've never lived in a newly built home.
5)  I'm not terribly motivated.
6)  I lip-sing very well.
7)  I did musical theater all during my 20's (dancer).
8)  I consider myself to be a pretty good tapper (or at least was).
9)  I love my husband dearly and appreciate all he does.
10)  I love being silly funny, sarcastic and funny-rude.  I never mean to hurt feelings, just to make people laugh.
11)  I could totally live in a sitcom. :)

For Real.... I fibbed about using armadillo in my chili.  Don't think I've ever seen one.

I love crawdads
we used to use bacon for bait and catch them in Spring Creek

crawfish would be a redneck's lobster

crawfish boil ---- hot seasonings, boil corn and potatoes and crawfish and beer with lime
very good and messy and fun to eat and more fun to drink the beer

Manda... look at my screen name... isn't it obviouis.

Crawfish are fabulous.  Yes Twirl, I love all those things.  I also like the ones that are already cleaned in ready to eat.  You can never get full if you have to pull the heads yourself...l(To the uninitiated, crawdad is just a country word for crawfish)

I just found this thread and had to read all of it.  I'm a blabber mouth so it's hard to find things I haven't mentioned ha ha.

1.  I've been married for nearly 18 years
2. We had to do ivf to get our beautiful girl Molly.  She's a miracle
3. I also played trombone in high school Cherpep! My dad was a fantastic trombone player, and travelled around the world with the New Zealand National Brass Band many times.
4. I was a mad Bay City Roller Fan in the 70's and used to wear my Bay City Roller outfit when we had mufti days at school (when you didn't have to wear your uniform).  Met one of them when I was 25.
5. Used to perform in amateur musical theatre.  That's how I met Paul.
6. Used to work in the transmission area of TVNZ - Television New Zealand (What was called cinetape)
7. Used to be a big drinker - especially bubbly.  Constantly had to go back and pick my car up from places the next day.
8. Love reading Jack Reacher novels
9. Have a BA, a Post Grad  Diploma in the Arts, and was doing a masters in English as a second language when I got sick and had to stop.
10. I am a genuine Pollyanna.  I constantly see the good in any situation.

2. I was still in high school when I got married (no, I wasn't pregnant!)
3. I once thought about being an artist, but don't have time for it anymore.

6. I have always wanted to travel in space.
7. My husband calls me the 10 minute gourmet since I don't spend much time cooking. (It's edible, not great)
8. I have been running my own business since 1978 and I am always looking for the next business to start. Planning businesses is a hobby.
9. I bought the first Macintosh computer sold in this county in 1984. It is still working, but has only 128 k of memory! LOL!
10. I have served as the secretary/treasurer of the International Association of Montessori Educators - a position I had to give up when my husband became a kidney patient.  :'(

Yes, that is me and my father.  My father was a police officer in the town of Westport, CT.  An artist named Ward Brackett was commissioned by the United States Post Office to do a commemorative stamp celebrating policed officers.  He knew that in addition to being  police officer, my father had done some modeling and had 2 sons.  The day that we modeled my older brother was in school.  I was only 5 years old and kindergarten was half days so my father brought me.  That is my 15 minutes of fame.  Stamp collectors from all over the world have mailed sheets/blocks of the stamps to my father.  He signs them and mails them to me to sign and mail back.

Ready for the joke now?
Countless people have licked my backside!
I didn't say it was going to be good.
