Low calcium made me feel almost as wobbly as low blood pressure.  My hands kept going numb, too.

Chew a couple of tums - they help very quickly!

I'm sorry to hear you're feeling bad.

With me, the low calcium resulted in chronic cramping of my hands--my thumbs kept curling up under my hand, and I had to pull them back with my other hand!

Tingling in the feet and hands was fun when the calcium went low.

Sorry Twirl-Girl that you are feeling bad.  My calcium has always been high if anything.  Too bad you can't have a nice cold glass of milk.

thanks
the only way I like milk is if someone else drinks it
I saw my aunt milk a cow when I was four
I asked her if that is where milk comes from and that was it for me
wish I could see where coke comes from------

Hehehehe - makes me think of the group of grade school kids I was escorting around my friend's farm this fall.  We stopped at the chicken coop to look at all the birds, and one little girl started complaining that they were "really stinky" and she said she didn't like them and didn't want to look at them.  I asked her if she like chicken nuggets, and her mom, who was chaperoning, said, "That's her favorite food."  I pointed at the chickens and said, "That's where chicken nuggets come from."  "Ewwwwwww!  No way!"
Wonder if it's still her favorite food?

I never liked chocolate either ---don't know why
I was traumatized when I saw my aunt chop off a chicken's head and he ran for awhile
as long as I did not know the chicken I would still eat it
my aunt used to give us milk right out of the cow and when the cow ate sour weeds---- :puke;
thank God, I never saw a chicken lay an egg

What about all the high phosphorus and potassium you're recommending?

TUMS Ex will do the job without adding any phosphorus or potassium.
