Here is one whole day of the meal plan to give ya an idea!

Breakfast:: 2 scrambled Eggs
White/Wheat Toast 1 Slice
1Tsp of Butter or Margarine
Cranberry Juice, 4oz
Coffee/Tea 8oz

Lunch:: Sliced Turkey Sandwich-1
Turkey-3oz
Bread- 2 Slices
Mayo-1 Tbs[
Lettuce
1 Orange
Regular/Diet Sprite, 4oz

Dinner:: Oven-Baked Chicken, 4oz
Mashed Potatoes, 1/2 cup
2 tsp of Butter/Margarine
Apple Sauce 1/2 cup
Crystal Light, 4oz

Snack:: Graham Crackers and Strawberries

sounds like a good plan, Karen! Do you drink anything in between meals or are you on a fluid restriction?

Diagnosed with ESRD-November 2006
I have had 2 fistuals-neither one worked
I have had 2 grafts the last one finally "took"
I had 3 different catheters from Nov. 06 - Dec. 08
Got on the transplant list - Halloween Day 2008

You can easily judge the character of others by how they treat those who they think can do nothing for them. I BELIEVE THIS TO BE SOOOOO TRUE!
