A member asked me what does the stars mean and the different member titles. Well there are ranks and the more you post the higher in rank you go. It's like a promotion. It shows new members who the regular posters are and who are the members who post the most. I've attached a picture showing the different members ranks. You may also notice that the Administrator (me) and Moderators have different stars than the standard gold stars.

Any questions feel free to ask.

If you don't know I am talking about look below your user name in a post and you will see your title/rank.
