I agree, I am glad we are not playing Philly, I also think it will be a good superbowl with alot of action. I hate a football game with the score of like 40 - 3, it is not even worth watching, I like alot of action in the game and if they want to keep the score close that is OK with me, just make it interesting!! GO STEELERS!!!! :yahoo; :yahoo;

Go Steelers! My husband and daughters went to a Steeler Store today and got me some earrings. My 8 year old is excited about the light up earrings she got! :clap;

We are big Patriots fans here.  It's a bummer that we didn't even make the playoffs this year.  Here's to next year with Brady back on the team!

I have NFI when it comes to Gridiron but I am proud to say that Arizona's punter is an ex Australian Rules team Captain, Ben Graham, and he will be playing in that game. Go Ben!!!

 Buffalo Wing Shortage May Put a Damper On Super Bowl Parties
Share:     by Jon Azpiri | January 21, 2009 at 03:48 pm

The global financial crisis may have claimed another victim: the Buffalo wing. The city of Buffalo, NY--the birthplace of the spicy chicken wing--and other parts of Western New York appear to be in the midst of a Buffalo wing shortage.

Local food suppliers say that the Buffalo Wings supply has dropped, causing the price of wings to skyrocket. A $50-pound supply of hot wings has increased as much as $20, a cost that restaurants may soon pass on to the customer.

The Buffalo wing shortage is being caused by two things: supplies were reduced after Pilgrim’s Pride, a huge poultry farm in Texas, filed for bankruptcy protection last month. Also, this time of the is usually when chicken wings are most in demand due largely to the holidays and the Super Bowl. Simply put, decreased supply and increased demand equals one Buffalo Wing shortage.

No word yet on the state of the nation's supply of celery and blue cheese dressing.

Oakland, but I do tend to pick a fav for the year.  Until we have a owner that is worth a darn.  *smile*  But this year I kinda wanted Minasoda to make it there.  I had fun watching them all year.  I like the game, and watching how each team dose from year to year. Titans didn't do to bad this year either.  I love football too! I do hope Pittsburg dose win though.  They played better over all this year I think.  Good luck!

I love football...the best sport ever, hands down.... played it in pop warner,  high school, and college and wish I could still play!

Lifelong Giants Fan.  I was upset they couldn't repeat but I am so happy the Cards knocked the Eagles out.  I really don't care who wins this year, but I am pulling for the Cards and Kurt Warner. Should be a good game with their offense and the Steeler defense.

The Superbowl, here in Tampa this year. It's about 5 miles from the house but a million miles away financially. But that's okay. We too will have the best seats available, here at home surrounded by wings and beer and family.

Go Steelers! I hope it's a high scoring game. Thoughts?

aharris....wow, that's wild to have the Superbowl in your "backyard";  I would love to live in a town that hosted the game.  I don't think the game will be too high scoring, but I think it'll be something like 28-23.  I just hope it is close throughout and has a lot of hard hitting.

Yup, their defense is tough and shouldn't give up too many points, even with Arizona's weapons on offense.  I think Arizona needs a turnover or two to win this one.

To me this years super bowl reminds me of the Tampa and Oakland one.  I don't think Arizona is gonna give Pittsburg all that much of a game.
