The List
Dialysis & Transplantation
Volume 37, Issue 12 (p 495-502)

The following is a special supplement to “The List”—D&T’s international guide to dialysis centers that accept traveling patients—which was
last published in the July 2008 issue of the journal. This supplement consists of only those units that did not appear in the July 2008 version.
We have attempted to provide complete information whenever possible, but we recommend that prospective patients write, call, or fax ahead
to verify a particular center’s address, hours, reservations, and costs, and to provide additional medical data as required.
