I was stocking up on ammunition and purchasing a new gun on Inauguration Day.

When the economy hits bottom and some of our less trustworthy citizens start stealing to survive, I want to be prepared to get the word out that I'm not to be trifled with.

Obama plans to put a curb on our 2nd Amendment rights before the end of the year.  This is why there are ammunition and gun shortages across the country.

I was working when Obama became President but I set my DVR so I could watch the events when I got home.  For me, this was a historic day.  Very emotional.  My children are black and I have witnessed racism and have felt powerless for them in many ways.  Obama becoming President gives me hope for our future.  I am glad that my black son will be able to look at the President of the United States and say, "I can do anything I want."  People like Obama pave the way for many other minorities and it gives them hope.  For that I am glad.  So for me and my kids, it was a good, good day! :2thumbsup;

I agree with you hotnspicy. I so wanted him to be successful, but he has proven to be the worst ever. The man is eloquent, but he speaks with a forked tongue and is going to drag this glorius nation down the tubes.

While I do not like much of Obamas views and policies he is far from the worst President this nation has had in its history.

This nation was being pulled towards the crapper at least a century before Obama was even a dirty thought in his parents' mind.
