I loved 4th grade.  My teacher Miss Mitchell was awesome, she was also a choir and band teacher so we did all kinds of neat things that had to do with music.  Are you having trouble in 4th grade Epokid?  Hang in there, it will get better, just wait and see  :2thumbsup;

I liked 4th grade. My teacher's name was Mr. Rinkel and he was cool. I ran into him a few years ago (about 30 years after I had him as a teacher) and he said I hadn't changed a bit. Since 4th grade?!? Anyway, even though it has been awhile I would like to help with advice if i can! Or, I have a 16-year-old son who may have some "words of wisdom"! :)

I can't remember my 4th grade teacher, LOL.  I was in the gifted program too for 3rd-8th grades, it was really fun.   :)

It sounds like you are doing great!!  You should be very proud of yourself.  The GATE program is very challenging.
Is 4th grade when you do the California mission project?  If so, do you get to visit one this year?

Hey Goofynina, my 4th grade teacher was named Mrs. Mitchell, too. Wow!  I remember our boys had a crush on her big time and were always planning parties for her during the year.

Epokid, what kind of advice do you need?

Epokid, It doesn't sound like you need advice on being in 4th grade, it sounds like you should be giving advice on being in 4th grade.  It sounds like you're doing a great job!

I remember 4th grade. It was the year I ended up in the hospital and finally diagnosed with kidney failure.

I remember all the kids didn't understand why I was always sick. I was made fun of a lot.

Epokid always be nice to other kids. Especially the quiet ones ;)

My niece is around your age.
