LOS ANGELES — Kirsten Dunst has won a court's protection from a man who she says has recently trespassed at her home. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Richard E. Rico granted Dunst's request to order 25-year-old Christopher R. Smith to stay away from the actress, her personal assistant and any place they work. Dunst did not appear during Monday's court hearing. The request was granted without her attorney or witnesses having to make arguments. Smith did not attend the hearing and never responded to a temporary restraining order Dunst received in November. Dunst, who has appeared in three "Spider-Man" films, wrote last month that she was "quite frightened" of Smith. He was arrested by Dunst's assistant last month after trespassing at her house.

Help me out here Chris, I don't understand.  I am blonde so that's why OK.  You have the same last name as this guy, I'm assuming.  So your relative sends you this as a haha moment.   Or what?  What am I missing.
Please don't whack me.

So Chris, it sounds like a joke to me.  I don't get why you're mad.  Remember, I'm blonde.

Ahh.  Do you have to spend any time with them?  Hope not since they clearly make you crazy.  Happy (or minimally acceptable anyway) holidays. :santahat; :snowman; :santahat;

Are you telling me that the Star isn't true? I miss Weekly World News and Batboy. He was always advising presidents. Call your relatives and tell them it was you and you need bail money. I think they leave you alone.  :bandance; I hope you know I am just trying to be funny.  :)

Well, I'm sure Christopher Smith is a very uncommon name...

So Chris, how was your trip to LA? We'll be expecting photos, perhaps even some of cute little starlets for RichardMel and the others who might enjoy them. I didn't really find you particularly frightening when I met you...
