why aren't you peeking at your gifts
I would consider it a compliment
my box I sent you is not neat
and the tape is a mess
is that why ???
(omg--- kimmie's package was sooooooooo neat) :o
you can peek and still have some surprises
the life span of a captive gerbil is getting closer and closer
min-pin could have had a playmate
only if you would have peeked in enough time
 :P

Ignore Twirl, Rerun.  This is a cheap ploy to have another partner in crime.  Resist the temptations of the temptress extraordinaire....TWIRL.   Don't make me come down there Twirl, and don't tell me to kiss your grits either.   Do we not have a wagging finger icon???

My Dad was a big fan of grits, Twirl, he was from the South.  I don't dislike grits but I find them pretty bland.  They remind me of boarding school porridge but salty instead of sweet and I'm weird about nutrition.  I like to pack as much as possible into what I eat.  I was a fat kid and lost weight at around 16, by dieting, but I don't like dieting up and down up and down so  (when not on D obviously) I go for whole grains, fibre and stuff that leaves me full of nutrients.   I try hard not to eat food that is too processed and fast food hasn't seen my face in decades...well I used to occasionally eat Wendy's chili with a baked potato and I get an egg Mcmuffin occasionally with no butter, no cheese, sometimes no ham.  I also don't eat potato chips or those kinds of snacks even though I love SmartFood cheese popcorn.  If I buy it, I have no control so I don't buy it.

I also can't eat cream of wheat but that's because of canoe trip experiences with a guy who had a huge ZZ Top kind of beard and it all dribbled down while he ate his brekkie and made me want to toss.

One time I had some grits with a bit of butter and a lovely poached egg on top and that was good.  I did add a little scotch bonnet hot sauce, which helped.

A wiggling, wagging finger....you know, like your Grandma saying tsk tsk tsk, you naughty girl.

Twirl, I did open the big box it was mailed in.  Your tape job was fine.  AND I did see a hanger and the green and red shredded tissue paper and the blue bubble wrap.  I did not go any further just to bug you.   :rofl;      I want to wait until just before Christmas.  I may open them on the 23 because then I can post.  Once I go to my sisters there is no computer.

I do see maybe a t-shirt in a bag???           :oops;

WE will have to wait!

Let's everyone tease Twirl about the SS gifts.  Mine is still sitting here in the box it came in. I have WILLPOWER! However I did rip into the chocolate package Charee sent me for Christmas. I have not eaten any of it.  Wanted to wait and enjoy just having Rockylea chocolate again. Sighing happily!  By the way did you get the PM Charee thanking you? If not look here!  Thanks bunches!

My bf's originally from the south.  Loves grits.  His grandma makes grits as thick as wallpaper paste. I can eat some but not a whole lot.  My bf's dad insists if I put cheese in them I will like them more.  That must be a northern thing!

oh, and my SS box is still in one piece!  :2thumbsup;

Grits with cheese in big in N.C.  But, then, grits with anything is big here.

Twirl, don't make Rerun open her presents early!!   Everyone is going to open theirs early and there won't be any left to open on Christmas.  Twirl, you make us all happy.  You are so much fun!

Ohhhhhhhhhh I love cheese grits.  They are so good with scrambled eggs and bacon.
Cindy took my SS box away.  So I am safe for now.
