Cool! I'll have to print those out and take them to school.

She doesn't look too bad missing an eye. If you strategically place her hair, you wouldn't even notice!

A few Stanleyetta photos.
She hung out in the Christmas tree for awhile.
Johnny liked how Jimi Hendrix's afro gave her a little hair boost.
She got burgers, fries and shakes at in-n-out burger.
Stanleyetta had fun going to the Renal Teen Prom too!

flat stanley has spent a week in my sister's classroom, hiding in a bag behind her desk (carlyn has been sick) but he came out and said hi yesterday. the entire class is sending letters, telling how stanley was with them for the inauguration and a teddy bear parade. the class has decided they all want flat stanleys of their own they need some addresses (if anyone is interested you can pm me) the are going to request post cards so they can mark a big map in the hall of all the places their cards have come from. my stanley will be returning to texas next week, after i get home.

Ok,.. we've received several Flat Stanleys. We are busy opening them, sharing them, making copies for our book, and writing thank you letters to send back. I wish I could post pics here of the kids with their letters and Flat Stanleys, but.. it would be against policy. I was also hoping to put up pics on our website and send you the link. However, 2 weeks ago they changed web maker services or whatever and now all it says is "we are under construction" and we are not allowed to put anything on our website yet because they want conformity! Goodness!

So, just know that we are ALL enjoying opening the Flat Stanley letters and gifts and exciting things.

I'm also working on sending some of them back out to enjoy another visit.

My bulletin board right now says, "Where in the World is Flat Stanley?" and we are marking each Flat Stanley that comes in.
