Grafton, Massachusetts resident Karl Chapin lost his right hand saving a fellow soldier from a grenade in the Vietnam war.

Decades later, Chapin made a sacrifice that saved another life. He donated a kidney to a total stranger, Ricardo Mermet, an immigrant from Argentina.

Chapin and Mermet join us to share their story.
