First vote if you're a Republican, democrat or Independent or undeclared.

Then air your views.

The Plan ~

Let the men marry men and the woman marry woman.  Let them continue to kill their unborn.  In three generations there won't be any Democrats left.   ;D

I am not against Democrats, but I find that funny.  As far as voting for independent, I must confess that I know very little about politics.  I am independent because I think the social programs that Democratic Party offers are good IN THEORY, but never get carried out the right way.  As far as the Republican Party, I think of going to war and letting the rich get richer. See... I really know very little!

I am looking forward to this thread because I cant wait to learn more, and maybe for once have an informed opinion in regards to politics!!!  8)

When it comes to choosing sides I can't really say I vote for one side or the other.  I tend to be more liberal than conservative, but when voting you sometimes have to vote for the lesser of the two evils.  I do my homework and decide who I think best holds the beliefs I have, and who is pushing for the programs that I think will best help improve the country.  It's like my reasoning for not having religion.  If I can't hold all beliefs to be true, I can't claim to be one or the other.

I am registered Republican but some of my views are Democratic in nature.  Still trying to figure out exactly where I stand on some things.

I'm a registered Republican but people who know me call me a Libertarian.  I despise George Bush and everything he stands for.  The party itself isn't much better.  I'll be trying to mess them up to the max in November.

Here you do not have to register for one party or another.

Most of the time I vote Republican.

I never used to care much until the dems sat on their ass and let this country and its citizens get attacked over and over and never did a damn thing about it.  Not to mention their asinine views on what the Constitution is and how they try to subvert it by law and by the courts.

Obviously, this does not apply to me since I am not American.  Where politics is concerned generally, however, I am apolitical.  That is because there is no real difference in either my home country or the one where I am now, where politics is concerned.  The parties have the same basic ideology, slightly right of centre.  In both countries, people vote according to personalities more than issues, I think.
However, if I were American, I would probably be Democrat, though I am pro-life, and definitely against gay marriage. [I didn't vote]

I'm Canadian...so your choices don't really apply to me...But I usually vote for the Liberal party here in Canada. I really can't stand the Conservative party, and I don't think that the NDP are fiscally responsible enough to run the country, however I feel that they make a pretty good oposition. The only problem with the Liberal party right now is that they don't have a solid leader. If Jack Layton was the leader of the Liberal party, they'd be unstopable!

Politicians suck, period. BUT, when the Democrats are in, seems there is more money to be made. When the Republicans are in, usually its war. If it were up to me, I would  say to give the USA back to the people, not the politicians.
