Guess I'll have to go to class early so I can vote to get free coffee on the way to class so I won't waste gas if I go after class due to where voting is, where I live, and where Starbuck's is located. To bad it wasn't for a latte. I also noticed in the add they called their venti size a large in the add. How about changing the name at the counter also! :rant;

turns out it's illegal to offer products in exchange for voting, so Starbucks is giving coffee away to anyone, voter or not.

Krispy Kreme is also offering a donut if you vote.  Just one problem (as pointed out by Channel 4 news last night).  It is illegal in the state of California to offer a gratuity just because someone voted.

Eli's Cheesecake here was giving away regular sized slices, unfortunately I need to live in Chicago to go to their factory in time for the offer. I did however stop at all 3 Starbucks on the way to class. The actual Starbuck's store had a special line just for the free coffee, but I ordered a latte also. The other 2 are in a grocery store and a Target. I did give one cup to a classmate. He needed caffeine, but I didn't tell him it was decaf :rofl; :rofl; :rofl; I had to see his reaction, I mean I was doing a scientific study to see if their was an effect on tiredness...yeah that's it, that's the idea! :rofl;

But Starbucks has no idea was tall means! Tall to them means short and less filling  :rofl;
1 of my pet peeves about Starbucks is their darn names of the size of cups. Tall should never be antiquatted to mean a small 12 0z cup uless the only sizes available are 4 and 8 oz cups that were used in my dialysis unit.
