The way you moved around in Vegas I knew you were feeling better. You know what I didn't even get a chance to visit with you.

Great!  Seeing you in Vegas in '07 and then in '08 was proof of how well you are doing on nocturanl.  Your color, energy, everything just seemed and looked better.   I am so glad this is working for you.   :2thumbsup;  :yahoo;

I knew there was a post about blood work I had started here.  So here is my update for April.

4/17/09
Albumin 4.1
nPCR HD UKM (what the hell is this?) 1.61
Hemoglobin 11.8
Iron sat 19
Ferritin 493
Calcium corrected 9.0
Phosphorous 5.3
CAxPhos corrected 47.7
PTH intact 374
Potassium 5.1
spKt/V Total  3.09

Almost everything is normal. The PTH is coming down.  Nocturnal rocks!!!   :yahoo;

IMO Your hemoglobin of 11.8 is a little high.  You times that by 3 to get your hematicrit which would be 35.4.  The protocal is 33 to 36 and I like to ride right at 33 because I don't want my blood getting too thick and then clotting off the fistula.

The Clinics like it right at 36 or a little over to keep dishing out Epogen.

You choose.

Otherwise your labs are awesome!    :clap;
