Is a fender a bumper and a windshield a windscreen?   Jamaicans used to call them that.
That's correct Monrein. Pelagia deserts are also called puddings in the UK. There's also black pudding which you'd have with a fried English breakfast. It's dried pig's blood fried in a frying pan yum yum delicious. Twirl a we have jam roly poly pudding as a desert. It's a bit like a swiss roll with jam in the middle and you eat it with hot custard.

By the way ladies if you ever come to the UK and your looking for a place to sit down don't go saying some thing like 'I think I'll sit on my Fanny! :rofl; :rofl;

In the UK a pram is the traditional way to transport a baby. It is basically a cot (that would be 'crib' in USA) with four wheels and a handle to push it. The baby can lie down or sit up as in a bed. A stroller on the other hand is called a 'baby buggy' in the UK.

Anyone know what a shopping cart is called in the UK?
