I went to facebook after being away for SO LONG.
Use myspace much more often.

But i just joined the IHD group in facebook.  Not sure who is who :-(

i pm'd okarol one day, because i figured she would know who a couple of people were. i knew they were ihd, but other than that had no clue. she claimed no knowledge  :rofl; i have a list of names = ihd name. i admit there are a few i haven't matched up yet when i make a friend request i always make a personal note that it's from thegrammalady. sometimes i can figure out who is who because their ihd picture and facebook picture are the same. and some people i know, and this is the best part, yea, we've met!!!!

Why I keep my picture the same on Facebook and IHD. MySpace on the otherhand I have no idea what I have, haven't been on in a couple weeks.

Neuropathy in legs age 10

Eye impairments and blindness in one eye began in 95, major one during visit to the Indy 500 race of that year
   -glaucoma and surgery for that
     -cataract surgery twice on same eye (2000 - 2002). another one growing in good eye
     - vitrectomy in good eye post tx November 2003, totally blind for 4 months due to complications with meds and infection

Diagnosed with ESRD June 29, 1999
1st Dialysis - July 4, 1999
Last Dialysis - December 2, 2000

Kidney and Pancreas Transplant - December 3, 2000

Cataract Surgery on good eye - June 24, 2009
Knee Surgery 2010
2011/2012 in process of getting a guide dog
Guide Dog Training begins July 2, 2012 in NY
Guide Dog by end of July 2012
Next eye surgery late 2012 or 2013 if I feel like it
Home with Guide dog - July 27, 2012
Knee Surgery #2 - Oct 15, 2012
Eye Surgery - Nov 2012
Lifes Adventures -  Priceless

A lot of us posted on the wall in the IHD group on facebook what our IHD names are. Try looking there. You may have to search towards the beginning of the posts.

2007 - January Renal failure
2007 - March Diagnosed with a Horseshoe kidney and bladder cancer.
2007 - June One kidney, Prostrate and Bladder removed with stage 4 cancer. Urostomy

it maybe different overseas o get to facebook. We just have the .com, but like in Austrailia it has I think a .com/au
