Chandi Paath can be done with the following objectives in mind:

To get empowered for combating the evil
To get protection when one is weak
To purge the environment of all negative energies
To absorb and feel the power of Shaptashati & be confident in life
To keep temptations at bay
To get respite from the curse of birth and rebirth
To set in motion the purgatory actions that elevates our soul to the ultimate service

Welcome Chandi!  :welcomesign;
Outdoor festivals (concerts, in general) are awesome.  I recently went to Projekt Revolution (MCR, Linkin Park & more) this past summer and the Download Festival 2 weeks ago (AFI , The Cure, & more).  I'm more into "alternative rock" than metal.  I do hemodialysis 3 days a week.  Luckily, PR was on a Sunday, but DLF was on a Saturday, so I just re-scheduled for the night before.
Good luck to you, and hope you get to go to Wacken, soon!

I am no longer with Dan (as of October 31st, 2007, I have had a restraining order against him) as he turned out to be a very abusive, mooching wolf in sheep's clothing. The man I am now married to is Tony, who I have known for 11 years (the date was August 17th, 2008) and Dan is now on a 5 year restraining order (ends on October 31st, 2012) and has stayed away since then, which I am grateful for. Elias (Dan's cat) is also no longer residing here, as he went to live with an aunt of my sister-in-law. A lot of change in a year, but it is for the best.

Thanks for sharing your update with us, chandi.   what about your transplant?  (or did you do that in the Transplant section?) Congratulations on your marriage!  :bestwishes;  I am glad that you got that relationship sorted out.  Looking forward to hearing more from you.

No transplant yet, in fact I have been deactivated on the list and must lose 20 pounds to be reactivated. So I guess I will be on dialysis longer than I wanted to be. (Not like I want to be on it at all, but...) Doctors can be so stupid.
