I was on here a while back but I retired from my job where that was the only place I had access to a computer.  I am from Alabama but I have since moved to Tennessee to be close to an Aunt & Uncle here as I no longer had any family in AL.  I have been on dialysis since December 2006 and I have a catheter that I am using.  The doctors/surgeons have tried THREE freaking times to put in an access but they have all failed.  I am a 38 year old female and I have "fur babies", 2 beautiful cats named Tipper & Sandie.  I am hoping to make friends here and learn more about dialysis from others on a more personal level versus hearing it all from med staff.    I am open to any questions anyone might have for me.  Thanks for your time!   :bandance;

Hello
 I am new to this but have been on dialysis since February 08 this time. I had a transplant in February of 2001 and found out at the end of last year it was failing and time to go back to dialysis. My fistula was put in back in 2001 and is still working Thank God. I hope to hear from you some time. Drop me a little message anytime you want and I will respond. I enjoy talking to people. Gets kind of lonely sitting at home with only my big baby of a dog we have.
