I pulled these questions off of Yahoo answers from someone's survey.  They make you think.

Age and Marital Status:
1.) How would you define happiness?
2.) What qualities make a person successful in life?
3.) What qualities make a person a good person?
4.) Are there any absolute or objective standards of right and wrong? If so, what are they?
5.) At this point, what is the highest priority of your life?
6.) If someone asked you to explain to them your philosophy of life (what you live by), what would you say? What reasons would you give to justify your answer?
7.) What is your view concerning the existence of God or the nature of ultimate reality? What reasons would you give to justify your answers?
8.) In your view, what is the most basic or fundamental human problem?
9.) Is there a solution to the most basic human problem? If so, what is it?
10.) What questions do you most wish you could answer in your life?

My answers
Age and Marital Status:45/ Married

1.) How would you define happiness? Happiness is being satisfied with the things in your life mentally, physically, and emotionally.

2.) What qualities make a person successful in life? Doing what they want and being happy at it.

3.) What qualities make a person a good person? Standing up for what you believe in. Treating people with respect. Love.

4.) Are there any absolute or objective standards of right and wrong? If so, what are they? People are people.

5.) At this point, what is the highest priority of your life? Living with ESRD- end stage renal disease after ten years of it.

6.) If someone asked you to explain to them your philosophy of life (what you live by), what would you say? What reasons would you give to justify your answer? Respect each other. Love, laugh, live.
Loving brings people into your life, laughter keeps you sane, living lets you grow.

7.) What is your view concerning the existence of God or the nature of ultimate reality? What reasons would you give to justify your answers? God must exist. Just look at our wonderful world.

8.) In your view, what is the most basic or fundamental human problem?
9.) Is there a solution to the most basic human problem? If so, what is it? The most basic human problems are food, shelter and water. We have to conserve and develop new ways to do these things.

10.) What questions do you most wish you could answer in your life?   Why? Why? Why?

Very thought-provoking questions.  Here are my answers...

Age and Marital Status: 45 / Married (caregiver to home hemo husband)

1.) How would you define happiness? Happiness to me is loving others and being loved, serving others, having a purpose to my everyday life, and brightening the corner where I am
2.) What qualities make a person successful in life? fulfilling the purpose for which you were created
3.) What qualities make a person a good person? doing to others only that which you would have done to you, putting yourself in another's shoes, and taking care of old people, babies, and animals (all except the snakes -- can't stand them)
4.) Are there any absolute or objective standards of right and wrong? If so, what are they? I believe these are covered in the Bible with the Ten Commandments
5.) At this point, what is the highest priority of your life? taking care of my husband Marvin and making his life easier, better, happier
6.) If someone asked you to explain to them your philosophy of life (what you live by), what would you say? What reasons would you give to justify your answer? be kind to others for you never know what they're going through; be useful to your family, your community, your country, and your world; be at peace with yourself
7.) What is your view concerning the existence of God or the nature of ultimate reality? What reasons would you give to justify your answers?  I believe there definitely is a God, and I see Him and His handiwork in every day.  I also believe that God has not brought me and Marvin this far and through so much just to abandon us now.  He loves us and He gives us strength.
8.) In your view, what is the most basic or fundamental human problem? hatred and lack of love for one's fellowman; inability to respect and preserve our environment
9.) Is there a solution to the most basic human problem? If so, what is it? prayer and work
10.) What questions do you most wish you could answer in your life? Am I doing all I should be doing?

My answers
Age and Marital Status:47/ Married

1.) How would you define happiness? Happiness to me is someone who is confident within their own identity and can be satisfied that they have given life their best.

2.) What qualities make a person successful in life? Doing what they want and being happy at it.

3.) What qualities make a person a good person? Someone who genuinely cares for his fellow human being and gives of himself to help others.

4.) Are there any absolute or objective standards of right and wrong? If so, what are they? No but keeping Love, Honor respect and Loyalty in check will make every ones view count.

5.) At this point, what is the highest priority of your life? Watching my Son grow to be a good soldier and a good husband and Father someday.

6.) If someone asked you to explain to them your philosophy of life (what you live by), what would you say? What reasons would you give to justify your answer? Honesty, loyalty and Respect. If you are honest others know they can trust you. If you are loyal to someone they will be loyal too you. Respecting others and you will also garner respect back.

7.) What is your view concerning the existence of God or the nature of ultimate reality? What reasons would you give to justify your answers? God does exist.      There is no way something as complex as the human body could just come out of thin air on it's own. The pure existence of all necessities like animals for food, rivers, lakes etc for water don't happen by accident.

8.) In your view, what is the most basic or fundamental human problem? Co-existing with each other.

9.) Is there a solution to the most basic human problem? If so, what is it? Yes. The solution to the most basic human problem is the follow the golden rule.

10.) What questions do you most wish you could answer in your life?  My teenage son's rational.
