Please Help.... Cat Problem

When my brother was a kid, we had 2 cats.  My dad brought home a fish crate from work, and Mom filled it 2-3 inches deep with kitty litter.  They were both outdoor cats, so they didn't use it every day, it was just there for when the refused to go out, like if it was raining or really cold.  They crapped and dug in it for a few years.

One night, my brother and a few of his friends wanted to go to the movies.  One of his friends didn't have the money to go, and his parents couldn't afford to give him the money.  Mom would have given him the money, but he didn't want that.  He asked if there was something he could do for the money.  She got him to empty the fish crate. *L*  He definitely earned his money that day.
