Hello!
This is my first post. This is a great site! I was online looking for some information and this site popped up. I'm so glad I checked it out.
I'm 43 and live with my husband and two cats. I have Lupus and ESRD. I've had the Lupus for over 20 years and kidney disease for around 8. I was in in-center dialysis for 5 years, peritoneal dialysis for 1 year, and 2 years on home hemo (NxStage). Now that I'm doing home hemo I feel like I've got my life back. I'm healthier (as much as I can be with lupus and no kidneys!) and I have more energy to do things.
I'm not sure what else to write! Post me if you have questions.
