Great pictures of a wonderful area!  We spent 6 weeks in Newfoundland in 2001.  It is one of the most beautiful parts of the world and the people are great too!

I was scheduled to be in Newfoundland this past June but then my kidney failed and you all know the rest.  Once I get a new trx and all is well  (hoping and talking positively but counting on nothing) my sidter and my two aunts hope to re-schedule the trip.  If and when that happens Del, I'd love to meet you and "hubby".  Some of my very favorite people of all time are from your province.  (Do you know any Pikes or Pitchers BTW?)

Ask that nurse if she's related to a Ted Pitcher who moved to Boston many years ago but still visits NFL.  He married Maxine Pike, also from NFL and their grandson is our godson.

Those are beautiful pictures Del.  Subtract the color and they could have been taken a hundred or more years ago.  Your part of Canada looks so inviting.

Del, We toured allthe way up the coast to st Anthony, stayed in Rocky Harbour, Gros Morne, then to the insectarium at Deer Lake, then Grand Falls-Windsor and ST. Johns', Ferryland, and Cape St. Marys.  We were even in Dildo.  The best trip of our lives and we hope to do it again someday.  We would love to meet you.
