I like Sammy. I just can't get those spandex images of Dave from the "Jump" video out of my head. I think it tramatized me.  :o

Right Now

Right now David Lee Roth is in a bar somewhere trying to convince a 20 something that he once was in Van Halen.

David Lee lives down the street from us. He's just a regular guy. We saw him in concert a couple of months ago with Van Halen and he was great. He's pretty theatrical, but he puts on a great show. A couple years ago we saw VH with Sammy and it was ok, just didn't have the same energy. But Eddie's guitar playing is what we love!

As far as the band "Van Halen"  I liked them better with David Lee Roth.  But as individuals I loves me some Sammy Hagar!  He was my very first rock concert.  I've always liked Sammy!  I can relate to that wild hair!

When I hear a song from 5150, I feel young again. I want to go cruising and have some fun.

I tried to copy one of Van Halen's solos once. My fingers finished up in knots! and I didn't get anywhere near to getting it right or fast enough.

I have Alport's Syndrome. My kidneys failed when I was 14 and I was on PD for five years before receiving a kidney transplant from my mother. That kidney failed in 2004 and I've been back on PD ever since. I am undergoing treatment for my high antibodies at Cedars-Sinai medical center. I had a kidney transplant on June 10, 2008. My boyfriend was the donor.
