WOO HOO NEW KIDNEY PEEING !!!(Transplant 23/10/07)

« on: April 09, 2008, 05:17:52 PM »

My nephew Daniel flew out of Melbourne, Australia to start his new adventure and next step in his career of working in Dubai.
He turned 21 in November and will now be working for one of the world's most renowned chefs at the Intercontinental Hotel in Festival City in Dubai. So proud of my nephew !

This is where he will be working:
Reflets by Pierre Gagnaire - Experiential Dining
An exciting combination of cuisine, décor and service.
Offering guests a creative, modern and innovative dining environment
Brought to life by the talents of one of the world’s most highly awarded
Michelin starred chefs, Pierre Gagnaire.

Wow! Perhaps we can see pictures, if he has time to take some? Either of Dubai, the restaurant,
or more importantly...THE FOOD!!!!

Oh, I am so jealous!  I can't imagine how excited he must be to start his career in such a big way.   Oh to be 21 and beginning such a great adventure! :2thumbsup;

That's fantastic - I wish I could go, I was only talking about Dubai to my son the other day (he works for a Michelin star restaurant here) and saying about the beautiful hotels they have there.  Congrats to Daniel.

That's awesome, Tamara! They're saying Dubai is supposed to be the next New York or Tokyo - THE place to be!
