"Sleep is to humans as defrag is to computers." You have to sleep in order to get the bits and bytes back in the right order. I don't sleep enough so that's why I walk around so scatter-brained!

Is this why I am completely nuts?

I definitely know if I go on over a few nights getting only 6 hours, my level of intellect greatly decreases. This weekend my son had to go to a winter ball. I waited until the last minute to press his pearl white tie. And, you guessed it, I ruined it, but thankfully only on the backside so he could still wear it. there was a part that melted and then when I pushed the iron on another spot, it scorched it! I also find myself not willing to give up or keep going when I know it's futile. For example, driving to find a place prior to needing to go there (good idea right?!). Well, the address said 8158 Buffalo Rd. Ok, I'm on buffalo rd and the numbers just went from 6584 to 27 and the street name changed to W. buffalo st! You think I would turn around. NOOOO. I keep going another mile or so. Turns out the address was correct, but it was in another town!

My mother's pills seem to affect how she sleeps. I learned from another thread that some people say Lycria helps them sleep. My mom always took it in the morning so I told her to switch. Now four days later, she said she feels less tired. Not a miracle but every little bit helps!
