so like always i put on 4kg over the weekend and i felt like crap on sunday ....so i get up today and drive to dialysis and tell them i am having trouble breathing and they ask me if i want o2.....i ask will it help??? they say lets see what your o2 is they put somethinig on my finger and it says 90....so i try the o2...about 30min later it goes down to 83 so they give me some more o2 units....they tell the dr and he comes to listen to my lungs and tells me that he hears something in the lower left side......should i worry about this .....i called my heart dr today and i am waiting for him to call back...oh yeah i am going to do dialysis again tommorow...damm i really hate my life now....does it get any better???

When there's a fluid overload in the body, the fluid seeks any open space it can find to flow into so as to reduce the fluid pressure in the body as much as possible.  The lungs are a favorite spot for fluid to be sequestered, so given your symptoms, the doctor probably heard the distinctive sound made by a pocket of fluid at the bottom of the lungs.  This will be removed by sufficient dialysis.  An oxygenation level of 80 to 90% is quite low and a sign of serious fluid overload.

I agree with Stauffenberg it sounds like fluid on your lungs. I had this in the early days of dialysis , but didnt need any special treatment ,dialysis put it right. It still happens from time to time now. You just need to get that extra fluid off. Iirc the fluid shows up on an x-ray as a shadow on your lungs ? Best of luck !
