WOO HOO NEW KIDNEY PEEING !!!(Transplant 23/10/07)

« on: June 17, 2007, 05:11:30 AM »

Had a dream last night, even flew to London first class and my uncle was Dennis Lillee! LOL (Retired Australian Cricket Bowler)

Anyway in part of my dream my sister in law and brothers house was getting repossessed, now they don't have money problems,

but she kept telling me the house was repose and I was

even thinking when i was dreaming, what does that word mean I will have to remember when I wake up and find out what that word means.

So finally remembered now to look it up.

re·pose1 (rĭ-pōz')
n.
The act of resting or the state of being at rest.
Freedom from worry; peace of mind.
Calmness; tranquillity.

So was it a secret message or was I just thinking of repo's in my dream.    LOL??

(When I was dreaming and thing to look this word up i was spelling it repose - maybe a twilight zone moment LOL)

I have had several dreams where I cannot dial the telephone properly. It gets so frustrating I scream or cry hysterically over the phone.

Last time I had a dream like that, I played the number on the first digits and won!

I always have wierd/strange dreams -not nightmares though.  I am not on dialysis or any kind of meds.  They are so real and vivid.

Kitkatz WOW! I get that one isn't it so frustrating. Do you get other similar kinds of frustrating deams. I get loads of them, I can't really call them nightmare's cos they're not really scary just so FRUSTRATING  :banghead; :banghead; :banghead; Another dream I get is when I've forgotten where I parked my car. I walk miles and miles looking through car parks and still never find it. I've heard it said that that these kind of dreams can occur as a side effect of beta-blocker pills which I take one per day as part of my BP treatment. Makes you wonder doesn't it

When i was married to my third wife i had a dream about four tornados. I was in this house and looked out this window and far away in the distance i could see four tornados coming near the house. I wasn't scared though. I could see them getting closer. Then this voice says hold onto the table leg. So at the last minute i lay down and hold onto the leg. I can actually feel the feeling of being sucked up in the air!! As this tornado was sucking up everything i had this knowledge that those tonados were my ex her mom and two sisters.

i am a 51 year old male on dialysis for 3 years now. This is my second time. My brother donated a kidney to me about 13 years ago. I found this site on another site. I had to laugh when i saw what it was called. I hope to meet people from all over to talk about dialysis.

Tamara,

I have spoken with Dr Freud and here is his considered analysis (insert cheesy German accent):

"It appears the young lady in question has a focus on matters fiscal in her dreamworld. This could indicate a subconscious desire to kill her own fa.... oops sorry wrong meaning! Perhaps young Tamara is feeling some kind of financial stress in her life. However I would consider a less literal meaning to the dream, if there is one. Consider the juxtopisition of her pampering herself with a First Class trip to London with the situation her relatives are in of having their house repossessed. This is mixing financial freedom (First Class) with a lack of financial freedom (the reposession). However it could just be seeking a level of comfort where there is none at the moment. How cricket fits in to this I am not quite certain. We do not play much cricket here..."

Yes well, thanks for that Sigmund.... ahem.

Having flown First Class to London myself a few years ago... oh man it is the ONLY way to go! Descending into London with a glass of Dom Preignon in ones hand..... sensational! :D

My dreams are all boring. I just dream of the wanton young ladies.....

I often dream I'm out in public & have hardly any clothes on. I also dream I'm falling, but never hit bottom.

It's said that when we dream we go a little crazy in our sleep & that is what keeps us normal during waking hours.

Maybe dreaming about being in public without many clothes on just reflects that there's someone/s out there ALSO dreaming that you're out there without many clothes on!!! :D

I never have those dreams which seems to also fit in with that general idea!!!

:D
