When I was talking to my transplant coordinator the other day she said that she didn't foresee me having any problems with my heart (discussing completing my evaluation and getting on the list).  I told her I agreed with that statement and that the only thing I was told to concentrate on was losing maybe 15 lbs.  She then told me that they upped their BMI cut off to 35.  My BMI is currently 30.

I'm still working on losing weight for a better transplant and recovery (especially my abs), but it's a relief to know they won't "deny" me!  whew!
